I need Kossak help to make YK happen.

I found out this morning that the friends I was going to stay with in Vegas have been held up out of the country.  The friend I was going to ride with is no Kossak, was going to visit our mutual friends, and will not be going.  In short, I woke up to find I had lost my ride and my place to stay.  I need your help!  I am trying to find a new ride from Los Angeles to the Yearly Kos.  I also need a place to stay.  I just priced "budget" hotels and busses, whew.  Short notice, tell me about it.  My costs are going up up up.  Scary but I am going.  Nothing could keep me away.  I have been waiting for this since it was a hope and a dream.  Help me on the flip...

I can chip in for gas or my share of any room a good Kossak could share.  This would help keep me out of the poor house.  I am clean and busy and plan on spending my time in Vegas planning the fall of the evil empire, not hogging the HBO.  I will take floor space, a pull in cot, anything.  I have a budget that allows for me to travel well with friends in cooperation, but not so well alone.  I ask for help in the spirit of the event.  I want to contribute and am sure my small dollars will go further pooled with some other like minds.
